We did our first online class Sunday morning via ZOOM. It was an amazing way to connect with our yoga community as we continue to learn how to get through these times. We are grateful beyond words for your support, encouragement and kind words. We wish to continue to be there for you and in return your support will keep us going.

We will continue to monitor our website and do what is necessary to improve as we go, please be patient with us.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

▪︎ Your donation is your registration.

* Once you register you will receive an email with the link appox 1 hour before class

▪︎Read the website instruction in completion, if done wrong will reject you and that is frustrating.

▪︎If you have a pre-paid card and wish to use it instead of a donation inform us via email at vidavis@live.com

Have your mat, pillow or bolster, blanket and blocks, books serve great as blocks, cans or water bottles are great as weights 1 or 2 pounds is enough, belts or towels are great in place of straps, keep water near and dress comfortably.

If you work late shift and need to sleep in, join me for midday practice and wake up and energized your body, mind and spirit. Core and strength and lite weights as an option, mix level class, go at your pace.
